The Vision:
Unite creative and ambitious minds together to create new industry in Northeast Nebraska. Reaching audiences not only nationwide, but worldwide. Which will create employment opportunities for like-minded individuals who love creating through video, audio, and written word, and those that have a love for e-commerce, marketing, and business.
To do this, we are working in 3 phases.

Phase 1: Creative Partnership
The Vision is large - near daunting. However the quote "Go Far, Go Together" is how this can be accomplished. Uniting creative & ambitious minds (like YOU) to CREATE is the focus of Phase 1.
YOU can help create a thriving community of media creators, e-commerce aficionados, marketing pros, graphic designers, story tellers, video editors, and content creators.
In Phase 1, we will not promise or guarantee those who join as a Creative Partner any financial compensation.
What we can promise is an opportunity to work together with like-minded individuals who also want to create, and the playground (117 W 3rd St) and the means (equipment) to do so.
This phase is literally the ground floor and we invite you to jump in the elevator as we shoot for the Stars!

Phase 2: Audience Growth & Monetization
Creating engaging content that brings value to our audiences is just the beginning.
In Phase 2, we'll set monetization goals and strategies for each brand, establishing sustainable revenue streams. This income will cover costs, allow for profit-sharing with creative partners, support growth and expansion plans, and build the necessary funds to launch Phase 3.

Phase 3: Now Hiring
As audiences grow and our brands generate revenue, we’ll open paid positions and transition creative partners into staff roles. This phase marks the realization of our vision, transforming collaboration into sustainable careers.

What is the Timeframe for Each Phase?
The timeline for each phase will depend on various factors, including the success of our content, audience engagement, and revenue generation. While there are no strict deadlines, we are committed to progressing as efficiently as possible, with Phase 1 focusing on building our foundation and Phases 2 and 3 on scaling and growth.
What Skills and Qualities Are You Looking for in Creative Partners?
We’re looking for individuals who are not only passionate about creating content but also share our vision of building a thriving creative community in Northeast Nebraska. Skills in video production, writing, audio editing, e-commerce, marketing, and business are highly valued, but a collaborative spirit and a drive to innovate are just as important.
Can I Participate Remotely, or Do I Need to Be On-Site?
While our creative hub at 117 W 3rd St in Wayne, NE, serves as the primary location for collaboration, we understand that not everyone can be on-site. Depending on the role and the project, there may be opportunities to contribute remotely, especially in roles related to writing, editing, and digital marketing.
Where Will Creative Partners Work?
We've transformed an old Chinese restaurant and office space into a dynamic creative hub, designed to accommodate editors, writers, producers, and various set areas. This space, located at 117 W 3rd St in Wayne, NE, serves as the heart of our operations. While most of the filming will likely take place at various off-site locations, our facility offers a collaborative environment where creative ideas can flourish.
When will Creative Partners be eligible for Profit Sharing?
Profit sharing is an exciting opportunity, but it’s important to understand the timeline. During Phase 1, profit splits are unlikely as we focus on building the foundation and covering the significant costs incurred to launch the group and acquire the necessary resources and tools. Once we enter Phase 2 and the group becomes profitable, profit sharing will commence. The amounts and percentages allocated will be determined at the discretion of the VCF group
Equipment will be provided?
Yes, during Phase 1, we will be investing in the essential equipment needed to record, edit, and produce content. Creative Partners will play a crucial role in helping us choose the best equipment and in bringing our content to life.
Are Creative Partners Employees?
In Phase 1, Creative Partners are not employees but collaborators. This is not an employer/employee relationship; rather, it’s a collective effort where individuals unite with a shared goal: to create content and opportunities for creative and ambitious minds. While contributions are collaborative and any content created is considered a "work for hire", being a Creative Partner is not an offer of employment nor a guarantee of future employment. Additionally, there is no promise of financial compensation during this phase.
